2026 Events Calendar (Summer)

Join the FreeBSD community for the September 2026 FreeBSD Hackathon, taking place in Berlin, Germany, the weekend before EuroBSDCon 2026. The hackathon brings FreeBSD developers and contributors together to collaborate on projects, share ideas, and work side by side before continuing on to EuroBSDCon.

Co-located with EuroBSDCon 2026, the September 2026 FreeBSD Developer Summit will bring together developers, contributors, and working groups for focused discussions and collaboration. Developer Summits offer a valuable opportunity to meet face-to-face, share ongoing work, ask questions, and work through ideas with others in the FreeBSD community.

EuroBSDCon is the International annual technical conference held in a different European country each year. It focuses on gathering users and developers working on and with 4.4BSD (Berkeley Software Distribution) based operating systems family and related projects. The FreeBSD Foundation is pleased to be a Silver Sponsor of the event.
