The event will take place November 2-3, 2023.  The Summit provides commercial FreeBSD users with the unique opportunity to meet face-to-face with developers and contributors to get features requested, problems solved, and needs met. The well-being of the Vendor Summit attendees is of utmost importance to the Summit organizers. Please be aware of the following health and wellness recommendations:

  • While masks are recommended, they are not required to attend this event. There will be a limited number of masks available at the registration desk.
  • There are no vaccine or testing requirements to attend this event. However, we encourage attendees to take a COVID-19 self-test before traveling to the event. Please stay home if you test positive or have experienced any symptoms of illness, including but not limited to fever, cough, shortness of breath, or fatigue.
  • If you feel unwell at any time during the event, please isolate as needed and take a COVID-19 test.
